When I set out to do my clothing business I was aware that starting small and growing every section of the business would be quite ideal. I had previously saved up enough dollars to sustain the capital and to sort out the initial months before the business picked up. So when I finally hit the ground running I felt like nothing would stop me, I was just quite invincible.
However four months down the line my business was crumbling, I was going down faster than I had thought. Everything that I had my faith firmly built on was hitting the ground faster than I had thought. The expenses such as the rent, the wages for the staff, and other utility bills were draining of my last dollars. I knew it was only a matter of time before I got too deep into other debts.
But what could have been the problem? Well I had an ideal location, a great sales team in the building, and very ideal good will ambassadors from my pals and family members. The thing was I was not creating the right awareness for my business. I was not even aware of who were buying from me, or even who my competitors were. Quite awful you can say, but yes I was getting it all wrong. It took the help of one of my best internet marketing friends to make the ideal changes in my business.
The first thing she advised me to do was to put up a great advertising strategy for my business. So with her assist and a great creative team we managed to create a few ideal adverts for my clothing line. We created a great web page for my business and in addition to that we designed quite an ideal Magazine Ad for the other print media audiences.
When we sat down to come up with the most ideal adverts for the business, we had an opportunity to find out who my competitors were, and who were the most ideal customers that I would be able to tap. While in creating the Magazine Ad we were able to find the ideal display, the right size and ideally the best prices.
Now it is three years down the line and my pal currently heads my advertising department. We have been able to realize great profits from our business and even penetrate new markets.
